Once your dog has earned enough points to qualify for a title please fill out the form located below to begin the approval process.
APPLYING FOR A TITLE
Please make sure that your dogs records are up-to-date at the time of applying for a title! Once approved the title certificate and monetary reward will be sent to you and your dog will be added to the title registry.
